Christmas in Ashley
December 7, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
 Join us as we celebrate the birth of Christ with an Old-fashioned community gathering! 
Come see the special decorating touches that turn houses into homes.   
A Town Crier will be announcing the arrival of Christmas in Ashley.  A live Nativity in front of the Ashley United Methodist church.  Santa will be greeting children, young and old, in the West Room of the Ashley United Methodist Church.  Luminaries will line the village streets.  Carolers will be strolling through the village.

600 E. High St. - Tina King & Michelle Deere welcome you to their charming 1876 brick home.
508 E. High St.—David & Julie Rayburn have an 1896 East Lake Victorian Cottage with original woodwork & a tin ceiling.
305 E. High St.— The Ashley Wesleyan church opens their inviting renovated sanctuary! 
302 E. High St. - The Wornstaff Memorial Public Library welcomes you to check out a good book or two to read on a cold winter’s evening. 
218 E. Taylor - Don & Pat Baldwin have created a Christmas wonderland  to delight you with sights and sounds of the season. 
214 E. High St.— The Ashley United Methodist church is a wonderful old structure dating back to 1891, with a 100 year old Pipe Organ.
219 E. High St. Al & Elaine McFarland welcome you to their grand and historic Victorian brick home.  
213 E. High St. - Jeff & June Acker invite you to experience the nostalgia and charm of their extensive Santa collection.
3 N. Harrison St. - The Elm Valley Joint Fire District will be open for visitors to see the fire trucks, equipment & to meet the firefighters.
106 E. High St. - The House of Prayer welcomes visitors in the heart of downtown.  
104 E. High St. -  The American Legion will be having their monthly fish fry and handing out snacks and drinks for a cold winter’s night.  
20 Main St.— The White Lily Chapel visitors will be serenaded by the White Lily Gospel singers with Christmas Carols. 
22 Main St. - Nancy Dewalt of “Three Old Hens and a Rooster” welcomes visitors to stroll through the charming rooms .
2 W. High St.— Delaware County Bank is hosting Mr. & Mrs. Jack Howard’s extensive Christmas village display.
245 W. High  St. - The Delaware County EMS Station #5 welcomes you to check out their equipment and visit with the EMS personnel.
