getting ready for summer reading. Busy
preparing, decorating, selecting. We
work very hard on preparing for our summer reading program because we love it
when children develop a joy for reading.

The Bookmark society will be meeting
May 23rd at 6:30. This month’s book is Jamaica Inn
by Daphne DuMaurier. They have a great time and would love to see
new faces.

We had a great time at the library conference we attended on May 2. We are hoping to incorporate some of the information we learned to help provide better service for you.
Looking
at the gorgeous brick house for sale a block east — I went onto
www.realtor.com. My
husband gets nervous, he doesn't want to move, but I love looking at the
pictures of the charming old houses.
Remembering those … May 27
Looking for images for Memorial Day, I found some that said
“Happy Memorial Day”. I think “Happy” is
the wrong word. I think we should wish
each other a “Peaceful Memorial Day!”
